    Do not under any circumstances buy from this store. It is quite simply a con operation. I ordered a £450 camera from their website. The money was taken from my account instantly, however they took two weeks to process the order before they told me that the shipment had been damaged and would take even longer. I, of course, cancelled the order. Having cancelled the order they then emailed me 2 weeks later to ask if I still wanted to cancel the order. I did. I then have had to wait another 4 weeks to see if they would actually refund the order. They didn't. I am now having to resort to legal action to recover the money. DON'T USE THEM!!!

     I purchased various Nikon equipment from tekmo and i found my experience with tekmo excellent value for money i paid for the equipment over the telephone as i was bit concerned ordering online due to the couple of reviews i read about tekmo.
    for anyone who wants to save money due to the uncertainty of the interest rates and uncertainty about the uk !!! I would highly recommend tekmo excellent guys keep up the good work !i am pleased saved me hundreds !!!

     "I ordered a digital camera from this company and found their communication and help excellent. I had difficulty arranging to be at home to receive the item. However they provided clear guidance about how I could collect from a courier depot though they offered me an alternative delivery address provided I submitted documents to validate my request."

    bought: CANON EOS 40D
     I placed an order for a CANON EOS 40D. I then received an email after they withdrew the money from my Visa card that they can not deliver to where I live. In their email they said they would return the money promptly and in full. That was two weeks agao and I have yet to receive any money from them. I have contacted them several times only to get the answering machine and when I email I get no response either. Avoid this online store at all costs they are dirty!!!!!!!

     WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
    I have recently ordered a Canon flashgun from this company. After 2 weeks I enquired to the whereabouts to which they replied:
    Please note we do believe that your order has been misplaced as we
    have been intouch with our courier today following your email today ,
    But are awaiting confirmation from courier we now this can be
    frustrating as we are awaiting also some information we were to call
    you at the end of business today as stated in your mail earlier
    recieved ,However if you have already put a chargeback in for the item
    with barclaycard then we have no choice but not to pursue with the
    querie as we will chase this up with our courier,

    We are sorry that it did not work out,

    I have had to cancel my credit card as a result of using this company.
    Never answer their telephones either.
    They also DO NOT supply a VAT invoice. They charge VAT but are not VAT registered. BUYER BEWARE.
