     I have placed 2 orders with Inkshop - the first was great. The cartridges arrived next day & worked well. So when I needed ink for another printer I placed order for 1 black & 1 colour (items showing as in stock & same day dispatch). 4 days later got the black with note saying colour to follow. 8 days after order still no colour, sent e-mail, got brief reply 3 days later saying if not arrived in 2 days to e-mail. Still not arrived so sent another e-mail asking for refund - no response. Sent another e-mail a week later saying if they didn't refund I would contact Paypal & start dispute process - within 2 hours refund issued. My advice - if you paid by Paypal & either haven't received item or item is faulty - threaten to go to Paypal - it worked for me!!

     Wish oh wish id found this reveiw site sooner, i am currently looking into dropshipping and thought ink cartridges would be a good tester of the whole process, to see ifi could actually make any money. I have been in business before so i am not a numpty, well i thought i wasnt!!! Paid a small fee for a dropship package off this company. END OF CONTACT!! paypal payment was taken, since then, no answer to phone calls(had to find numberoff the web..none given on their site!!) emails went into the abyss, i am well pissed off, not so much the money i should, eventually get that. Just the fact that they THINK they can get away with it. Well.......i used to run a security company..and Maidstone is a lovely part of the world Google earth is a wonderful tool, and yes there is more than one way to skin a cat!!! Principle involved here. Ill keep you informed. DONT TOUCH THEM...

    bought: 1 set ink cartridges for Epson Stylus PHOTO P50 same numbers as my previous printer. order number 926109765 - 4/11/2010
     After a couple of years of very satisfactory trading with this firm, I have now ordered and paid for a set of 6 Epson compatible cartrdges. No cartridges and I found that the set I still had would not work with a new P50 Stylus Photo. Epson have apparently cottoned-on and made their printers a bit more choosy. So - I want my money back for 2 REASONS.
    WWhat do you reckon my chances are ?

    bought: 2 x HP 100% compatible cartridges (except they weren't)
     Rubbish products, rubbish service. I bought two cartridges which were supposed to be HP compatible. They weren't as they didn't work. After a lot of hassle at getting a refund, they did not refund my postage. As it was their product that was faulty I think this is outrageous. Do not buy from these people. The customer service is shocking. If Carol (who seems to be the only person who works there) had another brain cell, she would be a plant. Invoice number: 92623880

     I am Talking about www.inkshop.co.uk.Based at PC LINK,Unit 3.Roses Farm,East Farleigh.ME15 0LG.
    I also am having problems with Inkshop. I bought 3 HP cartridges which arrived unsealed and did not work at all.I sent them back by recorded delivery giving 7 days to refund my account as advised by Consumer direct. They have never collected the recorded delivered parcel from the post office as there was no-one there to sign for it when it was delivered to their address. When i e-mailed them they asked for a copy of my invoice which i sent them and then was told it was being passed to their Accounts department (non existent or they would have my invoice on file) The latest is despite having my invoice and payement details sent to them they now say there is no trace of my payement. They never answer the phone and i now know why. I have reported them to trading Standards/Consumer Direct and i urge anyone who has had the same problems as myself to do so .

     I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Inkshop. The first set of cartridges I used failed after a few days of very little use. I returned the cartridges by recorded delivery but Inkshop/PC Link were closed and they would not contact the Post Office for redelivery. I had to wait for the package to be returned to me (this took 3 weeks). Then Inkshop informed me by email that they couldn't possibly be expected to replace cartridges which had been used. She even put a sarcastic comment that 'most customers buy new cartridges when they run out of ink' implying that I was just trying to get refills! If you buy from this company then you must have Xray vision and foresight to know that a cartridge is faulty BEFORE you use it! It is a shame that I cannot score Nil for customer sevice rating.

    How I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order last week! I ordered a toner for my printer on 20th Jan and have not received it, although, the money has been debited from my account. No one answers the 'customer service' phone number provided and my numerous emails have been ignored.
    Is anyone following their complaints up with any type of legal action? Have these people been reported? If there is any sort of action being taken, I would be happy to contribute my testimonial. Their website should be shut down.

    Ordered cartridges just before Christmas - my account has been debited but no goods recieved to date - phone calls go unanswered as do emails and, as of today it would seem the phone number listed for inkshop on ther website is no longer in use...

     Seems like I'm currently going through the same thing. Should have read reviews beforehand...Have had one email telling me to clean the print heads, and one telling me that if the cartridges appear used then I won't get a refund... how else are we supposed to know they don't work unless we have used them... not a very good company. Will try let everybody know how I get on with regards to a refund...

     I bought a colour and a black and white compatible cartridge for my HP all in one scanner/printer. Neither cartridge worked, so I phoned and as per all the other comments no answer. I emailed and asked for a returns number and eventually got an email suggesting all the things I had already done, so emailed again and was told to return them. So far I haven't heard a word, apart from emailing again and again. Rubbish firm although the webpage looks quite professional. Do not be fooled and avoid like the plague.

    bought: 2* Dell compatible cartridges
     I ordered 2 Dell compatible cartridges (1 colour and 1 black and white). After order payment there was a message saying a confirmation email would be sent to me, however, no reference number was quoted at that time. I tried several times to phone the company to check they had received my order, but no-one answered. I then sent an email. I never received a confirmation email.

    Two days later I received a reply to my email saying they had received the order and it had been despatched. The next day the cartridges arrived and so far (it's been three days) there are working ok. However, there was no invoice in the packaging, or anything to prove what I had paid to whom.

    I'm not sure if there are many different franchises, buy I went via www.inkshop.com and their mailing address is in East Farleigh (ME15 0LG)

    I would certainly not recommend this company. Their webpage looks well laid out and customer service seems paramount, however the reality is far from this. The ironic thing is that this company wasn't the cheapest I'd seen for the items I wanted, but I thought I'd pay a little extra for piece of mind. I've learnt my lesson and will not be shopping there again!

    bought: Set Ink cartridges For Cannon Printer
     I bought a set of 5 cartridges for my Cannon Pixima IP5000 printer, which has served me well over the last 2 years.

    I got the cartridges put them in, tried a test print on a colour photo – colour was rubbish – did all the things that you should do - clean heads, ensure all are in correct location.

    The next print was from word of all the prime colours – the reason why it’s printing rubbish – they do not print red it comes out as orange.

    Emailed on numerous occasions had one email back telling me to check what I have already done. I asked for a returns number so that I could return the items – not a word back since. Also I have phoned on numerous occasions but no answer – I wonder why.

    From my personal perspective the product is rubbish, their guarantee is words not backed up by any sort of action. Customer Service – I don’t think they understand what the term means.

    My advice AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE – but in relation to bringing them to account ‘there are more ways of skinning a cat’ and they are in progress.

    bought: 2 lexmark cartridges
     I bought 2 black lexmark cartridges for my P4350 model. Once received i put one into the printer and it would not recognise it. I e-mailed Inkshop and Carol (i think she is the only person who works there) told me that i was doing something wrong. She told me to send them back, i posted them on the 26/11/07 and that was the last i heard. After numerous e-mails, which none have been replied to, and about 15 attempts at phoneing them (dont bother they never answer) i think i have been done. If you are going to order from this company then call them first to ask about their customer service 01634 566144. If you do order and you have a problem, hard luck, that seems to be their attitude.
