    bought: £200 oval wall mirror (and paid £50 extra for guaranteed delivery by Christmas).
     I ordered a £200 oval mirror on 13th December 2007 as a Christmas present. I was told I could pay £50 extra to guarantee arrival by Christmas, so I did. Nothing arrived by Christmas and there was no communication whatsoever from Mirrorworld. After many phone calls from me after Christmas the mirror arrived on Jan 15th (with no formal apology from the company).
    The quality wasn't good. The back of the oval mirror wasn't even cut in an oval. I returned it (at a courier cost to me of £33) as per the company terms and conditions on Jan 25th and in spite of repeated phone calls had to wait until February 14th for the refund of my £50 "by Christmas" delivery charge.
    Only after many more emails and phone calls was I finally told the remainder of the refund has been made on 5th March, minus £22.50 for carriage and admin.
    This company has no sense of customer service whatsoever. There was no proper apology for the inconvenience. No apology for not delivering by Christmas, and they didn't even keep to their 30 days limit for refunds, taking 40 days in my case.
    I will never use this appallingly poor company again, and would urge others to think twice before doing so.

    bought: One Overmantle mirror and one made to measure mirror
     I recently bought two mirrors from them and was very impressed with the proffesionalims, from start to finish and i was very happy that i was buying british quality rather than cheap imports
