     Hi,
    BE CAREFUL;
    A word of warning to anyone thinking of using bargain boards, research your product carfully before ordering as the information on their website was misleading and lead me to order the wrong product.
    PROBLEM and RETURNS;
    What was not my fault was the product arriving with missing parts, chips in the paintwork and dirty marks all over the shell. Bargain boards do not provide a free returns service and will not refund the cost. The refund has still not gone through, lucky I sent it by recorded delivery, this confirmed they recieved it over a week ago. When I contacted them they denied any knowledge of it and blamed their automated system.

    The customer service have been helpful but ultimatly after this experience I will never use bargain bords again or reccomed them to my worst enemy. Very unhappy, pleased to purchase the same product from a different website for £20 less.
