     Before I started the order, curious as I was, I searched on the internet if there were any negative signals of batteryer.co.uk. There were not, so living in Europe I thought it was safe to order. At first sight the seller quickly communicates via email by requesting your phonenumber in case needed. After a week I requested a status update and a tracking reference. The seller was only reactive in his communication, not pro-active at all. The battery was not in stock in "their HongKong wharehouse". What ???? This means shipping is not out of an EU country :-( first disappointment. Finally after contineous chasing of the seller I got a FedEx tracking reference. It was now almost 1 month after the order date, so . . . yes .. . there is the trick. . . . after your 30 days money return period. Again requesting info as the shipment never left HongKong according the FedEx tracking, you can guess, none given. So I called FedEx and they advised the package was returned to the sender (seller). I did not receive any feedback nor pro-active updates, therefore decided to start a CLAIM in PayPal to get my money back. The day after the seller responds that the battery was broken and a new one was sent. Of course I could understand this, but the seller did not provide any info with regards to a new tracking ref. Eventually via the PayPal claim, a picture was sent and a new (almost useless HK Post) tracking ref was provided. Today (09 Feb) 2 months later I received the package with the surprise I had to pay additional customs taxes !
    Afterwards, when I googled on the sellers email address "professional.lawrence@gmail.com" I found out this person is also the owner of hunt360 and comments on the internet are available about hunt360 not supplying as agreed and excuses as damaged or broken batteries. . . .

    BE WARNED ! !
