    bought: Vegas fancy dress costume has not arrived
     I placed an order 2 weeks ago, nothing has arrived. After placing the order I realised that I had been overcharged. I then discovered that there are no contact details on the website and so I contacted SagePay, who are the people who are taking the money on behalf of Party Heroes and I have received the following response:

    "I have spoken with PartyHeroes who told me that they have had some problems and have recently been forced to change supplier. They assure me that all outstanding orders will either be met, or refunded. That having been said, I would still recommend that you report this to your card issuer and request a chargeback.

    All successful transactions are sent for settlement (the process by which their merchant bank transfers funds from your account) from midnight each night. We do not have the ability to Void or Refund transactions ourselves. By requesting a chargeback, your bank is asking their merchant bank to return the funds. This can be a lengthy procedure, but this is how banks police these companies. If they receive too many chargebacks, they will close their account, thereby removing their ability to trade. "

     I have fallen for the exact same ridiculous, disgusting scam. I ordered my costume on the 19.11.2010 and still nothing a week later. Have emailed them twice, but obviously no reply and yes my money was taken out the next day after ordering it. I'm absolutely outraged that someone can be so vile. I've reported it to Watchdog, Consumer Direct and Action Fraud. I will also be going to my bank tomorrow and see whether I can get my money back but hopes are not high.

     I too ordered a costume and they took the money straight away. No way of contacting them and no response to emails. No goods received!

     Cant believe I didnt spot the lack of a "Contact us" section on their site!

    Goods ordered and nothing received. £55.52 payment taken from Sage Pay and no goods.

    Bank have told me I need to wait 15 days (VISA) after the payment was taken before they can charge the amount back. But once that time has passed then the amount will be credited and they will take up the fight so to speak.

    Watchdog email on the way.

    just a new note from what I said before, Ive told my bank about this and the police and I hope I get the money back but in the mean time, Ive emailed Watchdog at the bbc, newspapers to also a you tube video which is tagged with anything to do with them and fancy dress If we cant get our money back lads and girls we need to make should no one eles fall to scum and scam. I'm only down the rd from there so called address. I rung the unit in the same block where partyheroes are ment to be, a lady helpped and told me there is no unit 2 is there, my guess is it's someone who knows the area and units, and lives near by. This will not rest with me till they see prison being my dad is a ex police officer partyheroes picked the wrong guy here! leave a message for me if u need info.

     Ordered a £30 product 11th November. Party Heroes took my money 12th November. 23rd November no product has arrived. Chased Party Heroes via email 3 times. No response. They are registered in Yorkshire. Scum.
    Was on hold for 23 minutes to Sagepay and then a very unhelpful Carsten answered my call. (Scott was on day off). They told me they will investigate but not to hold my breath.
    Terrific.
    Why dont' the people who set up Party Heroes get a proper job??

     Party Heroes Deffo a Scam. I contacted Sagepay on 0845 111 4455 about 5.30 - got straight through, spoke to a lad called Scott, very Helpful, He's going to investigate this for me.

    Advised me to call my Bank up and explain that i have spoke to Sagepay and demand a chargeback, the bank (well capital one) are sending a chargeback form to me.

    Charlie#: Sagepay are the people that take the money from your account, so ring them, ask for extension 48048 ask for scott, if you tell him , he'll remember me from yesterday and know what your talking about

    bought: 1 x Jack Skellington DELUXE Halloween Costume - order #342 placed on 25th October 2010 - £48.02
    Placed an order with Party Heroes Ltd on 25th October, they took payment of £48.02. My order is still listed as 'Awaiting Fulfilment' despite the website advertising that it would be delivered in 2 to 3 working days. I have tried to contact Party Heroes several times but have had no response at all to any of my messages or emails. I'm also concerned that the only way to contact them is via online message or email, there is no business address or phone number listed anywhere. Sent an email to Sage Pay too but heard nothing from them either.

    I've too placed an order, not heard anything - payment taken and confirmation email sent to me. I've chased it but heard nothing back. Will contact SagePay for a refund now after reading all of this: this shouldn't happen.

    bought: A dark Mad Hatter costume costing £61.02 including 1st class delivery!!
     This company does not comply with any of the relevant legislations surrounding its service and it is a scandal that such a company is still in operation. Does anyone have any ideas other than trading standards of how to track this company down and claim the money i have paid back. SagePay is a reputable company and if trading standards heard of the scam that is operated within their payment system both companies would automatically shut down. I have tried accessing Party Heroes website and since then my account has been deleted as has all their contact info and terms and conditions regardless of the fact there was a hyperlink on their website for both sections of information!! Please help!!

     This website contains no contact details whatsoever! The phone number listed on this site is not in existence either. I ordered 2xoutfits, still awaiting, no confirmation emails from this company, payment accepeted! Sage payments not got back to me either. Think I have been hustled!
