    bought: Retro Style Clear Glass Computer Desk at £125.00
    I have to agree with the previous comments posted about this Company. I ordered a Retro Style Clear Glass Computer Desk at £125.00 from this Company on 18.04.2011 because all other online suppliers stated this product was out of stock. I should have realized at the time of placing the order that it was strange this was the only online retailer who could supply this desk within 14 days. I should also have realized when I received the confirmation Order that there was no order number provided.

    I sent an email to this company on the 09.05.2011 asking when this desk would be delivered. I received an email from WALTERS PHILLIP <philip.niel@ntlworld.com which stated:

    "Hello, Thank you for your email

    This item was dispatched 10 days ago. We have spoken to the courier with no luck.
    If the item is not with you by tomorrow open a paypal dispute and we will issue a full refund"

    I have opened a Paypal Dispute, forwarding the email from this phantom “Walter Phillip” who answered on behalf of Squeeze Direct. I complained that this Company should not have taken £125.00 from my Paypal Account before sending out the goods. They should have advised that the goods were despatched on the 30.04.2010 if they had, in fact, despatched the desk.. Neither should this company have tried to blame the problem on an unknown Courier, who, if legitimately in business would have obtained a delivery note from Squeeze Direct and therefore would have been able to track the delivery to see where it ended up. Almost all online retailers give tracking details for orders placed, Amazon being a prime, excellent, example of ethical trading. I also pointed out that no other reputable online company I have dealt with has ever taken the money before despatching the goods.

    I do not know how many online customers have had money taken from their accounts instantly for goods ordered from Squeeze Direct. They have now had my money for one month, which is an easy form of credit for this Company - They don‘t need to rely on Banks for access to credit if online customers are paying them so far in advance for goods ordered.. If they are trading in this way with online shoppers they could be in possession of thousands of pounds they are not entitled to retain in this way.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THE ITEMS ORDERED EXIST AND THE COMPANY HAS CONFIRMED THE GOODS HAVE BEEN DESPATCHED WITH FULL DETAILS OF THE COURIER USED.

    bought: Set of 3 Gypsy Wagons
     Absolutley disgusted with this retailer. Ordered a product that came in a set of three. When I only received one I queried the company who said that the three parts were delivered individually but gave no indication of when they would be delivered even after me querying the delivery date. It is now a month after I have ordered the product and the order has still not been completed. No response from retailer, have emailed 5 times already! Poorly run, no communication and no product!
    None Overpriced. Poor communication. Does not deliver goods but will still take your money!
