    I agree with zeteon. I have had nothing but trouble with Perfect Glasses over my order to reglaze my frames. It has taken over two months to get my glasses back during which time I have had to try and contact them continually find out what is happening. I have even been told blatent lies saying my glasses have been despatched when the posting date when they eventually came has proved they were posted just two days before receipt. Also I was told they had been despatched and Royal Mail were holding them , again untrue.
    I would NEVER deal with this company again

    bought: prescription spectacles
     bordering on a scam - they send out the same e-mail saying there was
    aproblem with the original lenses and they are being re-checked - HQ in Uk is just a post-restante address In London - they are under investigation by trading standards...

    bought: budget glasses for £25 + postage
     Great glasses at less than half the price that I would have paid to any high street optician. The delivery did take a couple of weeks but I guess it was worth it. The quality was better than what I expected at that price.
