     I ordered a gift voucher from here for Christmas and the money was taken from my account on the day I placed the order but other than this there was no sign that I had placed the order, I had no response to my emails and no order confirmation or dispatch e-mail, which left me fretting as to whether it would arrive at all let alone on time, luckily it did arrive on the week before Christmas but the lack of response from the company caused a lot of unnecessary worrying, and I will not be using them again.

    bought: I have had £25.00. taken out of my account and no voucher and not able to make contact. Very bad. 51017
     I wouldn't reccommend this company to anyone. Why? Cannot make contact with a human being to establish what is happening with order, although tel. no. displayed whatever option you chose you get transfered to an answermachine. I found out too late that any big store has gift vouchers for whatever option you require.
