    PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!

    My wife and I got married in July of this year and had booked a Rolls Royce Phantom for our special day. We paid a considerable amount for the car, but as it was our wedding day, we wanted to make it as special as possible.

    We arranged the pickup and dropping off timie with Reshma (Xclusive Phantom), and made sure we left plenty of time so that my wife would enjoy her albeit short (1 mile) journey to the Church, without any worries that her car would turn up on time.

    Whilst I was waiting in the Church for my wife to be, I received a phone call at around 12:45pm (already 15 mins late) from the driver saying that he was stuck in traffic and was still a good 20 odd minutes away. The driver went on to explain that he had already carried out a couple of jobs that morning so had not been able to leave any earlier and had not allowed any time for traffic issues. We were supposed to be getting married at 1pm, so we all became very frantic with worry.

    Finally, the driver turned up (late!) to pick my wife up with the car not having any ribbos on it (which we had paid for). The car was not particularly clean, as it had already been used by others the same morning.

    We had originally booked the car for 4 hours. The driver then requested if we would allow him to leave before our agreed times, as he had ANOTHER job to go to. We did not want this expereience to ruin our day by entering into an argument so said he could - on the understanding that we would receive some form of refund/compensation for the lateness and reduced hours - we had the car less than 2 hours in total!

    To date, some 6 weeks after our Wedding day, my wife and I have still not received ANY form of refund or compensation. The cost of our 2 hour hire cost us approximately £800!!

    We have been lied to by the company, who have continually told us they will give us the agreed refund. This has still not been received!

    This company is NOT well run and appears to over stretch itself by accepting too many bookings to boost profits, with little regard to actually offering a decent service.

    PLEASE BEWARE - DO NOT BE LEFT OUT OF POCKET AS WE HAVE, OR RUN THE RISK OF HAVING YOUR SPECIAL DAY RUINED.
