By Hand is a small company seeking to make a difference to the men and women of Bali by providing a market for their products. We also seek to do our bit within the UK; working with ethical and similarly minded UK businesses, and using recycled materials and packaging.

     I was extremely pleased with the service I was given at By Hand. The website was extremely well set out and easy to navigate, with well appointed pictures for all of the products on sale. I placed an order and within minutes received my confirmation. My earrings arrived within a couple of days in a beautiful presentation box. The earrings were just what I was looking for and I have received lots of compliments about them. I found By Hand to be a very professional and efficient company and would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

     I wanted some special, and unique items of jewellery for gifts for a couple of friends and By Hand provided the perfect solution. The delivery was extremely quick and the packaging of each item also of a very high quality.
