     I ordered & paid through Pay-Pal a Levitron World Stage on 16 Nov. So far despite 2 emails still no item. The 0800 no. is unobtainable. The website is very professional with lots of promises and gurantees but so far they have all come to nothing. I shall write to Amazon to warn them since this company is on their website. Even if the item were to arrive today I would never deal with this company again. I shall also warn all my friends

    Super quick and efficient service. Would recommend to anyone. Even the courier CheesyBugs use were quick and even sent me an email to say exactly when they would be delivering (1 hour time slot)- which is a first for me. Thank you.

     Excellent sales service, I called the service line to change the delivery method in order to receive the order faster. It was changed within 5 minutes. Very friendly staff aswell :)

    I certainly did not have any problems with this company, item was delivered swiftly and well packaged, we were kept upto date thoughout the transaction with emails and i will definately use them again

     This shop has poor customer services, the claim to send all items recorded they charge you for recorded delivery however fail to send it recorded. 20 days later when I was still chasing my order after 4 emails, and 2 telephone messages i get the email reply.

    'We are very sorry for not replying to an earlier email. We have investigated the missing item and it appear that in the case of this item where we would normally send items using recorded delivery no tracking was placed on this package.

    Unfortunately we are now out of stock of this item so we will issue a full refund and offer our apologies for the inconvenience caused

    I have yet to see the refund and why could they not of told me sooner. This was for a birthday present
