  This shop has poor customer services, the claim to send all items recorded they charge you for recorded delivery however fail to send it recorded. 20 days later when I was still chasing my order after 4 emails, and 2 telephone messages i get the email reply.
  
  'We are very sorry for not replying to an earlier email. We have investigated the missing item and it appear that in the case of this item where we would normally send items using recorded delivery no tracking was placed on this package.
  
  Unfortunately we are now out of stock of this item so we will issue a full refund and offer our apologies for the inconvenience caused
  
  I have yet to see the refund and why could they not of told me sooner. This was for a birthday present
