    waiting for over 2 weeks now for order number 41755 emailed and phoned with no answer i am very unhappy with the customer service and why if you are a company would you phone lines be out of service ? as stated on their web site

    'Would always rate foodbargains highly but had 'blip' . I ordered on 4th January and have not received my order and it is now the 31st! OK mistakes happen but the frustrating bit is not being able to contact them. Telephone gives unobtainable and emails are unanswered.

    Money has been taken via papal.

    I would still like to rate them highly.....if only they would answer me..

    Email today to say parcel is on its way. Yipeeee. Hope there is an explanation as its been 4 weeks in coming.

    Parcel arrived. No explanation as to why so late!

    I see on website phone is not in operation. My advice to anyone in similar situation- keep emailing them and don't give up.

    Told me my order was complete,i emailed to ask when i would receive my order and was told the courier service said it would be delivered tomorrow.Tomorrow came and there was no delivery and no email that apparantly the couriers send before delivery.I have emailed again and they said they would email me when they had found out what has happend to my delivery. Emailed 2 days after that and still no reply and no answer to my email.

    Extremely poor customer service. I've ordered twice, each order had several items missing. Eventually got a refund from the first order. When the second order had not arrived after a week I emailed - no reply, I phoned - no-one answered the phone and a recorded message said that no messages can be left. I paid via paypal and so raised a dispute with paypal. I had an email from foodbargains within a few hours saying that my order would be dispatched the next day. It wasn't. I eventually received it, but again there were items missing. I have sent 6 emails now over a period of 4 weeks and still no reply. It's such a shame about the lack of concern for customer satisfaction because the value for money is generally good - though check prices locally before you buy - some items are cheaper in local shops.
    product quality: 6/10, delivery: 4/10, service rating: 1/10 Shop reply (date: 06.08.2011 16:17) This customer was refunded, we advised that our telephone service was unavailable, refund of 99p couldn't be made due to the customer dispute in Paypal, which stopped us from refunding, we asked the customer to release the funds so this could be carried out.

    We have also been undergoing serveral service improvements, which will increase the level of service which is due to come in force in Sep 2011, including new management, new branding, new website etc, etc, etc, investment as been made to improve all areas and aspects of the company and apologise to any customers who feel that the level of service as dropped, but these slight drops are the side affects of these new improvements which we being undertook.
    Foodbargains.co.uk have lots of new plans, which will see us deliver more in respects to products, fresh produce, and giving customer back something, also customer will beable to earn from using our new site.

    All we can say is we apologise for any mistakes made and it is an area which requires improvement, but every business requires feedback good or bad, you can also email our manager with this feedback at feedback@foodbargains.co.uk

    still nothing 7 days tomorrow i orderd and it still hasnt left ther warehouse ive phoned and emailed with no answer or reply i have paid for my order so wer is it?????????? this is no way to treat customers. Order ID: 30331 please if you respond to this dont tell me anymore rubbish. they need to sort out ther customer services as no1 answers the phones or emails even tho its supposed to be a reply within 1 hour who they kiddin.

    The customer ordered on a Saturday and expected the order on the Monday, we received serveral emails in the same day with threats and insults even when this customer knew the order won't have been processed until the Monday, but was intent to cause trouble, even when our advisors telephoned them to give the advise and more information, these also came under attacks with agressive and insults from this people.
    The order was delivered the day after which was Tuesday which make it 24hrs.

    There was no reason for such comments, has you can seel fromt he time and date, that this customer placed this review on the same day has we received all the insulting emails and other reviews from other sites.

    The customer says 7 days in this review but which is incorrect, whent he customer ordered on the 11th June 2011 at 13.05pm which a Saturday, any order taken from 12 noon Friday which then be processed the noext working day which is Monday. - we then say 2-3 working days.

    This person is out place untrue comments on the interent, and would to suggest to take this with a pinch of salt and to run from your own experience as we have thousands of very happy customers all across the UK.
