The mail order service is abysmal. 2 weeks after placing my order I had not awaiting confirmation of my order and forwarded a query via email. No response to that, either. 2 further enquiries still fell on deaf ears. I finally emailed them to cancel the order, this was promptly done. Terrible customer service, no recommendation at all.
