    bought: personalized candles and flowers
     ordered a personalized candle and flowers for a very special gift to a family member. I received a confirmation email saying everything was ordered.

    The day of the delivery came (a Friday) and nothing was sent. I was overseas and had to try and reach them. I emailed them and asked what happened to my delivery. On Monday they got back to me and said that they can't send a personalized delivery within 4 days (I ordered it on previous Tuesday). They claimed they sent me an email telling me this. I got nothing.

    Although they refunded my money, I ended up missing a very important family occasion. If they had actually told me in advance that my delivery would not be made, I could have ordered something from them that would have been delivered in time.

    I called their hotline and never received a phone call back. And I went on their website where they 'offer' live chat with operators, but after 3 tries on that I have up as no ever cam online to speak to me.

    Lastly I went to their facebook site to post a review. They immediately took down my review, took down the review section and blocked me, a consumer for writing an accurate description of my experience with them

    To this day (2 months later) they still have not resent this email they claim they sent me prior to the delivery date. They have written horrible unprofessional emails when I have claimed that I would have to leave a bad review for them if they didn't answer my inquiry. This is what they wrote me:

    ''Ahh, the fact you mention you work for a PR Advertising agency explains a lot, your inability to accept a simple email of explanation. Your order has been refunded and explanation provided, we simply do not expect to hear from you again or experience the harassment you are willing to provide.''

    They took the time to write this to me but not an explanation of what I was asking for.

    Horrible rude and unprofessional service.
