  Good Points: They managed to book the events for the right week.
  
  Bad Points: They booked half the events in another city, the 3* Hotel was more of a 1* Hostel, Their attitude and lack of professionalism.
  
  General comments: We booked a weekend in Bournemouth for 10 people, in a 3* hotel, we had activities booked in Southampton and in Bournemouth, with a travel time of 75 minutes between the 2 events and only 30 minutes scheduled between the end of one event and the start of the next. The 4 hotel rooms were interesting as one had no lights, the other had no key and one even had a water feature from the room above using their bathroom. 3*, I think not. When I tried to contact Red Seven Leisure, I was told to put a letter of complaint into them, which they will deal with. Two months down the line we still have no acknowledgment of our letter or complaint. After a period of almost 14 weeks we eventually got some way to resolving the complaint with them looking into it. Since then they have apologised for the problems which they say were due to the companies booked through and hotel themselves. They have given every member of the party a £50 voucher to be used towards another event having just spoke to them they expect us to book 10 different events through them to use the vouchers for the 10 people in our group. My best advice is to stay well clear of this company.
