     I purchased both of these items for my mum's birthday, i decided to get them sent direct to her house as a surprise. I was really nervous as I wouldnt get to see the gifts beforehand and didnt really know how they would look when they arrived. I have to say i am overwhelmed at the quality and service from this site. I was emailed after my order and got to pick which type of ribbon i would like on the present, so i was able to choose a colour my mum would like and was given the option of a personal message. It felt like a really personal service and i was quite surprised! Im chuffed with the genreal appearence of the gifts - my mum said they were wrapped absolutley beautifully without a trace of my invoice or how much i spent etc...having seen the items i am so pleased i chose them as they are such good quality and I know my mum will love them and they will last a long time, whilst looking gorgeous in the kitchen! I'll use this site again without hesitation. If I could rate above 10 for customer service I would!!

     Great website, nice design. Service was great too, very quick to deliver & really nicely wrapped, even though I didn't opt for gift wrapping! Would definately recommend & return
