     After reading a lot of negantive reviews online about other bathroom suppliers, we were very nervous about buying online. But WD Bathrooms we VERY keenly priced and much cheaper than high street prices, so we took the chance and we're glad we did. We ordered it on 4 Sep and we received a confirmation email straight away. We received a phone call within a few days to arrange delivery and had to choose a date later than they offered to ensure we were in. All in all, an excellent online shopping experience and we will definitely use them again.

    bought: Aquasata shower tray and enclosure.
     Having bought the items and following the instructions given in the installation manual, the supplied screws could not be used to fix the feet to the base of the tray. Even after pilot drilling holes in the base, the screws would keep rounding off (no more than normal wood screws it seems) or snapping.

    Customer services didn't want to know and instead blamed me. It finally transpired by email that they should have sent some additional pads with the order so that I could actually fit the supplied feet kit to the tray.

    I am a tradesman who installs showers for a living so to be told I don't know how to install shower trays was a little bit insulting to say the least. I will never use or recommend this company again.
