bought: SPECTRAL TV STAND ORDER NO TA95JL30004727
VERY SHABBY SERVICE, I BOUGHT A SPECTRAL SCALA TV CABINET AND IR LINK KIT( THE LINK COST £173!), THE CABINET ARRIVED WITHOUT THE LINK. AFTER A NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS, I WAS SENT A £30 ONE FOR ALL REMOTE CONTROL CONVERTER- THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
BIG AV HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THIS BACK AND JAMES DOES NOT ACCEPT MY CALL-DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Very friednly, reasonably fast delivery, superb technical support.

I ordered my stand over the phone the sales person was very friendly, helpful and patient and in the end helped me find exactly the stand I needed. It arrives within a couple of days and was packed very well. I had problems building the stand, so I called again a different dales person provided me with excellent advice and I quickly built up the stand, which is really smart, take a look at the Aquila AB-K111, it really is a hell of a bargain.
