     I received my jacket today (Lynch on brown leather) and it is a beauty. Paid 300 bucks but it looks very, very expensive. Communication with Soul Revolver was good too, they replied to all my emails.

    bought: 'Lynch' mens jacket
     Having read some of the reviews I was a bit nervous, but I went ahead and bought the 'Lynch' jacket (as a gift for my husband). It took just over 2 weeks from placing the order to receiving it in Australia. Really happy with the quality, the fit and the look (he loves it!). I was kept informed of where it was via UPS tracking notifications.

    Overall, very happy with Soul Revolver!

     The weller leathejacket was real nice :-) But the UPS-delivery stole one day of my life. I had to get a day off at work just to sit at home waiting for the deliverycar. It was not possible to get any info. on time of delivery, other than 9.00-18.00. So I sat at home for 8 hours until I finally got the jacket 17.30.

     Received a hybrid couple of weeks ago. The jacket is a beauty, came in about two weeks. had issue with size but seanne was helpful and sorted it out for me. will buy another when they move to Italy.
    Im really posting because of the poor review below, did you know the facebook does say they are having import delays and should be fixed with italy? Fortunately this didnt happen to me in new york.
    no clue with the contact thing as my emails were answered.

    bought: The Hitman jacket. Order number 505418. It was canceled by them. They have NO customer service.
     I have purchased several jackets from this seller and the initial transactions were fine. Communication from the company has never been great, but the most recent was the most disappointing. There was no communication at all. The site says delivery is within a couple of weeks. At the three week point, I three times about status but never heard anything. At least I got a cancellation notice when I asked them to cancel the order. I also asked about the purchase of another one of their jackets and they completely ignored my request. You would think they would have more loyalty after I purchased from them before. Sadly I cannot recommend this company and if they continue to handle their business this way, they will go out of business

     Well It seems to be a mixd bag of reviews on here. Fortunatley I have had a good experience with this company. I placed an order for one of their Hybrid Jackets and I recieved it 14 Days Later (4 more days then they listed). I recieved no e-mailes from soul revolver uk except from the recipt of my order, although i did recieve an email from UPS confirming that my delivery was on its way one day prior to me recieving it. Although the coustomer service isn't as good as it possibly should be, the jacket on the other hand is excellent. It's well made and looks the part. Definatly worth the the purchase.

     Outstanding! I ordered the Hitman jacket after much deliberation and couldn't be happier - it's a very stylish, soft, quality and well-made jacket just as I'd hoped. I'd expected to wait a few weeks but received my jacket in 8 days from order. Soul Revolver must have listened to the negative feedback because they've changed their delivery partner - now it's UPS who sent several e-mails letting me know they'd received it, when it will be shipped and confirming it's on their van. First Class service, over the Christmas period too.

     I ordered a Jacket from Soul Revolver even though I'd seen a few unfavourable reviews.
    The Delivery process was 2 days slower than quoted, and I didn't receive an email to say it had been shipped and didn't receive any emails to inform me of any delay- however, when I called the free help line, the nice lady on the end of the phone told me immediately about everything.

    On to packaging, the Package in mainland UK was supplied by FedEx, and I received it the day after they received it in their UK branch. It was very securely wrapped in FedEx packaging, and inside that you get a fabric bag which holds your Jacket, a seemingly Hessian made Hold All which is SR branded, information about how to look after your jacket, an SR branded Sticker, and an SR branded Coaster.

    I couldn't be happier with the Jacket, the one I ordered is probably amongst the most complex to make on the site, because of the stitching detail on the back, but it is perfect. The leather is thin and supple, but still feels like its very good quality. The fabric inlay is very comfortable and breathable, and has 2 inside pockets, one of which is zipped.

    If you can get over the idea of effectively being in the dark over when your jacket will arrive (Or better still, if they can improve their service in this regard!), then I would say go for it.
