     I ordered knife sharpener on 2 May 2010 and not received it. No reply to emails or phone messages. This company is obtaining money by deception as they obviously have no intention of fulfilling orders. My payment was processed by Sage Pay who I contacted and they advised me to contact my bank and initiate a Visa Debit Chargeback claim (apparently it can also be used in respect of credit cards wgere the amount is under£100). Sage Pay should stop processing payments.

    I ordered a chef's jacket, trousers and hat in April. Received confirmation on 25th April and FUNKY CHEF took the money from my account on 26th April. I have not had the goods and FUNKY CHEF have failed to respond to 2 phone calls and 3 emails. I am now taking advice on how to reclaim my money. Very disappointing service.

     BEWARE, these people are/or have gone bust and will not send you anything and will not reply to your phone calls & emails. I have spoken to the manager of the buisness Centre that they are in (Southend Seebed Centre) and he has informed me that they are leaving the property!! I have trading standards on to them.

     I wish I had read the reviews first before I ordered. Have written off ever seeing my chef jackets and my cash, no-one will answer my phone calls or reply to my emails. Caused me real problems as I had to start my new job with no clothing - not a good start!!!

     They are truly dreadful, the person who gave them 10/10 must be a relative. I ordered an embroidered jacket as a birthday present, birthday has been and gone and still no jacket. I wish i saw this site before ordering. Do not use them. I actually rate them zero stars but that's not possible.

     I first ordered one chef's tunic. It came within a couple of weeks but I wasn't in any rush. I ordered the same tunic in a smaller size, heard nothing for over one month so I emailed them and it was dispatched the next day. I have set up a new business and wanted two tunics with simple text embroidery....oh stupid me!....like others, my money was taken immediately but a month later I am still waiting. I have emailed twice, telephoned numerous times with no response whatsoever. Shame on me giving The Funky Chef a second chance. I cannot believe this kind of poor customer service in this day and age.

     Very poor. No customer care service. Never answer the telephone. Do not responde to e mails. Took 2 months to despatch order even then it was not complete. Some 5 months later we are still waiting for the order to be completed or a refund. Funky chef have never responded to any contact we have tried to make.

     My goodness, i had been called ,email n texted to try to contact them i never through! i purchased the savety shoe for my partner who work in a busi kitchen...it is not funny, because we are not buying funky dressing, we need savety and proper wearing for work!! anyone know how to report them please share! the rating is only 1-10 if there is 0 , i will give them a 0.

     wish i had read comments before i placed an order with the scam that is the funky chef!! I ordered trousers for my son to start his new job on the 22/12/09 i have not recieved them. I to have emailed 6 times and phoned daily, no reply. He took the money out of my account on the 23/12/09 it is now the end of Jan. I have contacted tradeing standards which i recommend everyone does who has been robbed. You may be able to get your money back if you contact the fraud dept of your bank. I have had my card cancelled as he obviously has my details.

     I purchased goods to the value of about £70, have to date not received the goods. Placed the order on 29th Dec 2009 today 13th Jan 2010 Emails are ignored the phone is not being answered. This matter is in the hands of my bank to get my money back. Do not use this company

     WARNING DO NOT USE THE FUNKY CHEF!!!! I placed an order on 15th August 2009. It is now 13th January 2010 and I have not received my order. I am outraged! I spent AU$750 and I have been ripped off! Would love to know how to get my money back!!

     I placed an order in November and the money was taken immediately, with a promise I would receivei the goods in time for Chrstmas. I have made 9 telephone calls and 1 email, repsonse that goods will be despatched. Tuesday 5th January still nothing recevied. Now they are not asnwering the phone. I want my money back

     I was sent an e mail saying the order was despatched and then I heard nothing. It has been a month since they said it had been dispatched. I have emailed them several times and have had no response. I will be looking to get my money back. I have also had to rate them 1 because there is no zero rating.

     I placed an order on the 6th of october 2009 from Barcelona, Spain. I´m still awaiting the parcel.
    They took the money inmediately yet they have not bothered to reply to any of my calls or emails. It´s been over 45 days since I placed the order and now I´d like to know how I am going to get my money back.
    They let me down big time. I feel totally cheated. I rate them 1 because there is no 0

    Fantastic. I've used The Funk Chef twice now. The first time my order arrived after 3 days, the second time i ordered at 3pm on wednesday, and it was on my doorstep on thursday morning.
