     I can see that I am not the only one who has been caught out in this scandle? i placed an order 5 weeks ago and nothing has been dispatched they took my money and ran.I have tried so many times to email telephone but nothing. I contacted sage pay who emailed back saying they would contact the company but nothing. You cant even leave feed back on their web site any more to warn others of this scam.They should be closed down.

     My goodness, i had been called ,email n texted to try to contact them i never through! i purchased the savety shoe for my partner who work in a busi kitchen...it is not funny, because we are not buying funky dressing, we need savety and proper wearing for work!! anyone know how to report them please share! the rating is only 1-10 if there is 0 , i will give them a 0.

    bought: Chefs trousers. order num 3843/221209/78
     wish i had read comments before i placed an order with the scam that is the funky chef!! I ordered trousers for my son to start his new job on the 22/12/09 i have not recieved them. I to have emailed 6 times and phoned daily, no reply. He took the money out of my account on the 23/12/09 it is now the end of Jan. I have contacted tradeing standards which i recommend everyone does who has been robbed. You may be able to get your money back if you contact the fraud dept of your bank. I have had my card cancelled as he obviously has my details.

     I purchased goods to the value of about £70, have to date not received the goods. Placed the order on 29th Dec 2009 today 13th Jan 2010 Emails are ignored the phone is not being answered. This matter is in the hands of my bank to get my money back. Do not use this company

     WARNING DO NOT USE THE FUNKY CHEF!!!! I placed an order on 15th August 2009. It is now 13th January 2010 and I have not received my order. I am outraged! I spent AU$750 and I have been ripped off! Would love to know how to get my money back!!

     I placed an order in November and the money was taken immediately, with a promise I would receivei the goods in time for Chrstmas. I have made 9 telephone calls and 1 email, repsonse that goods will be despatched. Tuesday 5th January still nothing recevied. Now they are not asnwering the phone. I want my money back

     I was sent an e mail saying the order was despatched and then I heard nothing. It has been a month since they said it had been dispatched. I have emailed them several times and have had no response. I will be looking to get my money back. I have also had to rate them 1 because there is no zero rating.

     I placed an order on the 6th of october 2009 from Barcelona, Spain. I´m still awaiting the parcel.
    They took the money inmediately yet they have not bothered to reply to any of my calls or emails. It´s been over 45 days since I placed the order and now I´d like to know how I am going to get my money back.
    They let me down big time. I feel totally cheated. I rate them 1 because there is no 0

    Fantastic. I've used The Funk Chef twice now. The first time my order arrived after 3 days, the second time i ordered at 3pm on wednesday, and it was on my doorstep on thursday morning.
