     We had bought a Pulleymaid airer in the summer when we created a utility room, and my son and his partner decided a couple of days before Christmas that they would like one as their present.

    Pulleymaid said they would get things going straight away - this was the Wednesday afternoon - and it had arrived safely (including the six 2.1m laths) - by the following afternoon, well in time for it to be wrapped up and put under the tree. To be honest, I really hadn't expected things to be so quick.

    Wonderful service, in my view. And very friendly and helpful.

    We've also been delighted with ours. Everyone comments on it.

     Quick delivery and exactly what we were expecting. No fixings with cleat hook however we had some screws and plugs knocking around so just made do with these. Once up the rack was quite sturdy and ideal for my pan set.

     After initially being frustrated that they refused to take AMEX, I was really pleased with my purchase. After being advised that it may take 14 days to arrive, my clothes airer was delivered 2 days later. It was neatly packaged and came with clear instructions. I now have somewhere to dry my children's clothes! Great service, just please start taking American Express.

     I'd like to share my experance of pulleymaid with you. It arrived about a week and a half after I ordered it, not whithin the three to five days quoted but still within the fourteen days as stated on their website. After using it for about six weeks the rope began to fray so I gave them a quick call to ask if this was normal. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who asked me to email them with some photos of the airer as an incorrect configuration was the most common cause of this.I did as asked but after closer inspection of the airer I discovered that the pulleys were not lined up properly. I contacted the company again stating the problem and asked if I could buy some more rope as it was my fault. The company replied that they would be happy to replace the rope free of charge as I had been honest with them about the problem. The rope arrived a few days later by mail and my airer has worked great ever since.
    I think Pulleymaid is a verry helpful and professional company and I would throughly reccomend them to anyone.

     A nightmare! Delivery times and service undertakings are there simply to entice the customer: disappointment starts with the reality. Canceled order, but had to resort to referral to Trading Standards to obtain prompt refund.

    These are very attractive and great quality herb pots. Although the price is a bit steep, I think you are paying for the quality. Would highly recommend.

    Received my clothes airer very quickly however the apple store took a little longer to arrive. Both are brilliant and really good quality, especially the airer. I put my clothes on overnight and they are dry by morning. My only gripe is with the slow delivery of the log store however I was kept informed every step of the way and my emails were answered quickly and in a professional manor.

    I bought this for my boyfriend's Gran as she struggles to get her washing out on the line sometimes. When we tried it out we realised that there was no way of heating the room, and as the airer is not electric, it was of limited use. On the plus side it is easy to fit and it does work to some extent by making sure the washing is aired properly keeping it out of the way. I suppose it will help a bit but it is not the answer we were looking for.

     DO NOT USE PULLEYMAID. I ordered the Log Shed in May and had to contact the company several times over the next 2 months as I had not receive the item. The pulleymaid customer services were not interested and did not apologise whatsoever. They were quite rude and referred to the item being sent as a"replacement" as though I was lying about not receiving them. When I eventually got fed up and requested the cancellation of the order I was told THEY had decided to cancel the order but I would not receive a refund after a full investigation had been carried out! I waited over a month and after several more hastening emails, including two detailing the court action I would be taking, I eventually received a check in the post well over 3 months after I ordered the item. I ordered the same log shed from Garden Trading and it arrived in 5 days with absolutely no problems! I will never have any dealings with this company again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone given the stress and poor service I have received.

     The product arrived damaged, assumingly by the delivery company. My replacement was sent quickly but did not arrive in time for my dads birthday. All in all a good experience, just a little disappointed about this.

     Having received my order, I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I was asked to return the wooden laths, which I did and they agreed to replace the clothes airer, at no extra charge. I returned it on Wednesday and received the replacement on Monday. Absolutely fantastic service and I will be back to order more from them.

     First of all: I like it!

    After checking various other companies I can confirm that Pulleymaid offers the best possible quality at the best possible price. The order processing service was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
    As stated by other consumers, the wooden laths are little loose, but that's no problem if you handle with care.
    In our case it was impossible to find any joist, so we fixed a wooden beam to the walls near the ceiling.

    I am from Austria and such airers are hardly to get there, now I'm proud to own such a "fancy" and environmentally friendly clothes dryer - and it is fun to use!

    Ordered pulley yesterday at 3.30pm and it arrived at 11.00am this morning. The service was excellent and the chap on the phone was charming and very helpful. The pulley was excellent quality and very easy to install. Altogether I am very pleased to highly recommend this very efficient company. Others could do with taking a lesson from them.

     Had this for three months now - still drying my washing. The wooden laths are a little loose in the rackends but as I normally but the rack becomes more stable the more washing you put on it..

    The customer support has been fantastic although some initial teething problems may have been user error - do NOT bend the pulleys when putting them into the ceiling.

    Overall a good buy and a bargain at just £45.00
