bought: a super six set, an extra set of 4 laths and an extra sash cord and my order number was RC7925338
DO NOT USE PULLEYMAID. I did not receive all of my items. I had to contact the company 4 times in order to eventually get my items. I am still waiting for completion of my order which was placed on 27th July (now 19th August). It felt like my e-mails were not being read. The pulleymaid customer services (the actual owner) was very rude and kept referring to the items as "replacements" as though I was lying about not receiving them. Why he thinks I would want some extra pieces of wood and a 10m sash cord I don't know? Also the labels on the original delivery say 1/2 and 2/2 packages when if all items were delivered there should have been 4 packages - a simple check of his records would have revealed that the mistake was in the consignment of the order. I have opened a case with trading standards, which I believe will probably come to not much (which the owner new and seemed smug). The main problem with this company is the attitude of the owner. He operates under the letter of the law with absolutely no concern for providing a service or even with providing the service that the website suggests. The other contact I had with the company on the phone suggest his attitude has filtered down to the call centre staff too. I was, not unreasonably, only asking for a refund of £6.90 for postage out of an order worth £100 because of the very poor service I received and the terrible communication. Anyone should know the way to make a successful company is to take responsibility for your mistakes, this man seems completely unable to do this.

Good product for the money and was delivered on time. The pulley wheels could be made of metal not nylon but apart from that I am very happy with my purchase.

I am very disappointed in my purchase. I own a care home and thought this product would assist us in drying our clothes on a wet day. I reported to the owner that the wooden latts are very loose which fell on the staff whilst empty. Despite him trying to tell me we had fitted it incorrectly which I double checked and had followed his instuctions to the letter. His answer to the problem was to send me some 1.5 length latts but these are too long for the space so have not used them. Yesterday I loaded the airer and pulled it to the ceiling when the rope snapped landing latts and clothes on my head. The rope is cheap twine with no coating and does not resemble the picture on the site at all. Having spent £58.89 on this product I am very disappointed indeed.

I sent this to my mum as part of a mothers day gift and she was really surprised as she had talked to me about drying clothes outside in the summer and I thought this would make things easier for her. She loves it and it was delivered very quickly.

I have never had such bad customer service. I ordered an airer on line, and by mistake ordered twice , one through paypal and another direct, when the box came there were only poles for one, so we didnt notice there were 2 boxes together until we put it up. I then got my credit card statement and it showed twice, I emailed and asked for a refund and was told I was basically trying to get away with a freebe and the director, Jon Prince would not do anything at all. He wouldnt even send the poles for the second one so I could try and sell it. I paid two lots of postate. It was a genuine mistake and this company have been discusting.I would NEVER use a company like this again
