    bought: Tried to buy a batman buckle and leather belt. #6747
    DISGRACEFUL!!! NO customer service at all. RUDE staff. Thieves. No refund for sending me the incorrect items. Wait WEEKS for even a reply. Then when they finally agree to giving a refund, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU AND DO NOT PAY THE REFUND!!! This crowd of con-artists should be closed down!!!!

    bought: LED Belt Buckle.
    BBG took a while to send the belt buckle after I'd originally ordered it - but that's possibly because I may have left my belt size off the order. Anyway, when I emailed them about it, customer service was very polite and efficient, and they sent it immediately. I haven't tried the belt yet, but it comes with a charger and the LED buckle, and the leather belt - it all looks great.

     I tried to return a faulty item but was refused a refund. The quality of the product was very poor and I got a much better genuine buckle for less elsewhere. Beware
