    I did have my reservations about the price as I could not believe that I could get what appeared to be a quality product at such a low price.
    Well I am absolutely delighted to say any reservations have been swept away by the arrival ( within 10 days) of my item, exactly as shown and described on the website. The Customer Service is excellent and all my enqiries where answered and sound advice given.Thank You Oakfurnitureland

     We purchased the product from Oak Furniture Land. The delivery, which was extremely quick, was made by a very efficient, helpful and polite company. The goods were incredibly well packaged and came with re-usable chair covers that will be ideal when our grandchildren visit. To top all of this, the quality of the furniture is superb. We absolutely love it!

    bought: Matching set of dining table/chairs, 2 side tables, TV unit and shelves.
    Excelland company. The quality is outstanding, can't believe it was so cheap. They promised 3 week delivery, arrived after 2. Packaged brilliantly and no damage.

    I really can't fault them.

     Loved the style of the sideboard but the quality was terrible. Had 2 delivered but both are damaged and I am currently waiting for them to be collected so I can get my money back. Customer Services have been fair so far so just keeping my fingers crossed I get my money back. They're arguing it's the carriers fault and obviously they are saying it's Oak Furnitureland. Either way I'm gutted as the sideboard is just what we want. Wouldn't recommend this company to friends and family as you just cannot guarantee undamaged products. Shame.

    bought: a solid oak bookcase, 2 oak bedside tables and 2 five drawer chests
     The aftersales team were fantastic. They realised the problem I had in that I wanted the furniture as soon as possible as I live in Spain and had a carrier waiting for the furniture and from the time of ordering to delivery to us here took only 8 days. It arrived in excellent condition and we are extremely pleased.

     Bought a dresser and coffee table. Dresser was returned immediately - wood was splintering, drawers were broken and uneven, two of the catches were broken, nails visible - even got a splinter from it. Very poor workmanship.
    Coffee table began to warp after a month and the wood started to split. Asked for a replacement and they said I wasn't entitled to one but I could have £80 instead as a goodwill gesture. Got in contact with Consumer Direct. They advise me I was entitled to a replacement. Faced with this information Oak Furniture Land offered to give me a full refund but not a replacement table!

    I HAVE TAKEN DELIVERY OF MY MANGO BEDROOM FURNITURE TODAY. I HAVE TO SAY I CANNOT FAULT THESE GUYS AT ALL!!!! THE QUALITY WAS SECOND TO NONE, DELIVERED TO MY DOOR SUPER FAST AND THE THE DELIVERY WAS FREE ASWELL. 10 OUT OF 10 ON ALL FRONTS!!!
