    bought: Walk the dog raincoat Order Number 7140 size Large
     Very Bad experience with this firm. Although my dogs measurements are well within the size of dog coat ordered, the coat was far too tight and would not do up around the chest. They refused to exchange the coat for a larger size, saying that the coat (one of their standard designs) had been printed specially and they dont do exchanges or refunds on customers own designs.
    Will not accept any discussion regarding the size or cut of the coat or reason why it wont fit.
    Definitely not a good firm to deal with.
