Placed an order of over £100 on 14th December. Paid £8.95 for next day delivery. It is now the 23rd December and the item has not arrived. The phone number given on the website just goes to an answer phone and there is no reply to emails. I am now thinking that this is a scam website and that I have just lost £119.95 and the main part of my partners christmas present. I'm really annoyed since I'm normally meticulous about ensuring I only buy from reputable companies and this is the first time in 12 years of ordering christmas presents on the internet that this has happened to me. Avoid like the plague.
