    Don't buy anything here! Bought my engagement ring here in Oct '06, the stone fell out the next morning. A replacement was sent 3 weeks later. The gold band then cracked in Feb '08. Despite a promise of a refund another replacement ring was sent. Over emails and though customer service I insisted on a refund not another replacement, but the offer was not made by Jewellery TV again. Then, in Jan ’09 the new band cracked at the shoulder taking one of the diamonds with it! This time I insisted on my promised refund. The ring was certainly not of the quality of craftsmanship I was led to believe. I returned the ring and was told that the damage was due to ‘misuse’ and they would not offer any compensation, replacement or refund. In Fact they wanted to charge me to just return the broken ring. So one again don’t buy ANYTHING from these people
