     Just had my first order from you delivered. I had an e-mail giving a 1 hour time slot, my parcel arrived within the time slot, I am very impressed with your service. Very well packed goods I will definately use your web site again and recommend it to others.

    bought: stellar 6000 pan set then replaced with circulon infinite pan set
     I hadn't heard of this company but their low prices encouraged me to use them. Their despatch time was 'incredible' (especially by comparison to despatch times we faced for recent home renovation deliveries). We had the delivery within 2 days.

    I also had a problem in that I have an induction hob and the pan set wasn't as efficient as I had hoped. They gave me friendly advice over the phone on what would be better alternatives and were willing to replace the set completely at my convenience and with no extra shipping charges. UNHEARD OF SERVICE.

    I wholeheartedly recommend them.

     First time I've bought from this company and what great service. Cheaper than anywhere else, no service charge for goods over £40 and fast delivery with an email giving approx time of arrival.

     Im not a regular internet buyer and am very cautious because of a very bad experience a couple of years ago. I never buy unless I can ring and talk to someone. I really needed this item fast, so I rang, within a few minutes I was completely at ease and confident I would get what I wanted on time. This company is excellent and does exactly what it says, if they stock what I need in future, I will buy it. I would recommend them to everyone as they were recommended to me.

     I ordered a Le Crueset pan online on a Monday night at 20:00 and it was delivered via courier at 09:30 on Wednesday, Excellent price, service and packing.

    bought: An Analon professional frying pan, in a local shop at £47 and here at £27.
     I searched by product and chose this company mainly on price,however I ordered by phone as I was going on holiday and didn't want it delivered whilst away. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and most helpful, arranging to post the product on the following Friday to arrive on Monday. This all went like clockwork the product arriving Monday morning in a large box full of what appeared to be polystyrene worms. I was surprised to find that as well as being the cheapest product the worms were corn based bio-degradable , the paperwork was from recycled source and the box had also been recycled. Well done what a super company.
