     I had the exact experience as Les did. I phoned them and they said it's in their T&Cs. They do not make it very clear and they are not a bargain supplier. Delivery was good but I paid for it all in the end with a further VAT and Duty bill that I was not expecting. The issue is that you have 7 days in their T&Cs to make a complaint but the FedEx invoice arrives a month later. Completely shafted and I would avoid them altogether. In this day and age there should be no time given to dishonest or vague representation. They are a UK company but ship out of Hong Kong so be aware of this fact.

    bought: 2x Sony Ericsson T707 mobile phones.
     I thought I had secured a good bargain from B4UTele.com for new phones for my wife and me. The goods arrived within the specified time and I thought the service was exceptional until, that is, I received an invoice from the shipping company for Import Duty and Taxes. Outraged by this, I re-read the Terms & Conditions on the B4UTele.com website to find that I am responsible for this payment. It was hidden in the small print. It's obvious to me now that the original price displayed for the phones did not include VAT, but you just don't think of this when you are excitedly buying something when you think you've got a good deal. So, buyer beware! Always read the T&Cs CAREFULLY before clicking that 'Go to Check Out' button!
    On the plus side, B4UTele.com I received UK plug adapters within 24 hours of telephoning to tell them that the ones supplied with the phones were unsuitable. It's such a shame they have do not make the VAT/Import Duties clear at the time of sale; they could be such a good supplier.

    bought: Wanted to buy - EAH4870X2 ATI graphics card.
     SCAMMERS!

    They operate 4 web sites (at least) I have attempted to purchase from 2, goods not available.

    Goods advertised at 50% of other online shops, your money gets taken and kept until you complain, loads of interest earned!

     I ordered a mobile phone from this site with my insurance payout when my handset got water damaged. The website was recommended by my insurance company. It was all OK until about a month after I received the phone I received an invoice from DHL for vat and duty!!! An additional 10% of the purchase cost! This is a con as the price you see is not what you pay.
    I would advise anyone not to use this site.
