    My first two orders in December 2007 and February 2008 were fulfilled satisfactorily, but I've received nothing from the order I submitted 5½ weeks ago, and my nine-day old request for a refund has received no reply.

    Fraud investigators are on the case. I received a "receipt" e-mail claiming to be from Paypal - but Paypal told me it was fake. It didn't originate from them and they have no record of the transaction. I have now been reimbursed £15.95 by my credit card company for goods that didn't arrive

     I placed an order on 3rd April & it's now over 2 months later, & there's still no sign of my goods. I've had no responses to my emails & I'm getting pretty fed up. They were quick enough to take my money, but not decent enough to contact me!

     We placed an order on the 5th May for various items and here we are a month later with a lighter pocket and an empty cupboard. Our goods have not been received and our money have been taken. We have one response from our many emails telling us that they are having "email server" problems. If we do ever receive our order it will certainly be last!

    I ordered some porridge on the 8th May. Here we are on the 30th with no porridge, and one email after 3 chases saying they had lost my incoming chases. Now no response after a week. I have found it much cheaper on Ebay now. They have till end of tomorrow. I will leave more feedback later.
