I would recommend using Joolop games, very good prices, very quick delivery. One item missing but had good contact via email and phone and resolved the outstanding item.

bought: Wii Play, Mario Wheel and Wii nuchuck
We ordered Wii Play, a nuchuck and a mario wheel from Joolop on 3rd January, we chose them as they were the most competitve on price and offered free delivery. Although we had not ordered from this company before the site looked good and we received a confirmation e-mail. It is now 15th January and we have still not received our items. The first 3 e-mails I sent were ignored but I finally got something that said 2 of the items would be despatched the next day, that was 6 days ago and still nothing. After another 3 e-mails I received one back this evening saying that the card number we gave did not match our address but they had rechecked it and verified it and the items would be despatched tomorrow for next day delivery. Figures crossed they will arrive Saturday but I am not holding my breath. I would also add that the payment came out of our account on the day we placed the order.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED THE WII REMOTE ON 12/24/08 THE TOOK MY MONEY ON 12/26/08 AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO E-MAILES TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I READ THAT I HAD TO DO IT BY MAIL. I DID THAT AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE VERY UNTRUSTWORHTY. I'M GOING TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BE WARNED! I ordered an item on 13th December and now it is 2nd January and have still not had the item. They promised me a tracking order but since then have not heard from them despite many e-mails sent. The annoying thing is, the item was my only grandson's main Xmas present. So frustrating as they cannot be contacted by phone! I REMIND YOU - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!

bought a Acer Laptop on the 14 of December and choose 1 to 3 days delivery. I then contacted joolop.com by email as on the 3rd day it had not arrived, they got back to me within 30 minutes of sending the email and sent me the tracking number, i then checked and a attempt to deliver had been made the day before so i willuse again great site !!

I'm shocked to say that on 10th Dec I ordered an item from Joolop, as they were the cheapest and it arrived today, 18th Dec!
I had emailed them yesterday (still without a reply) as I was very worried by the reviews I found online, thought I had been scammed & ordered it elsewhere. I've now cancelled that order.
So, I'm pleasantly surprised, although it's taken 8 days to arrive, instead of 3-6 as stated..

bought: Lego Agents mission 6 command center
DO NOT USE - Ordered Lego Agents Command Centre mid November as a christmas present for our son - it was stated that the item was in stock and would be delivered in 3-6 days. It's now December the 18th and still no delivery and no chance of getting another one anywhere. What makes it even worse is we paid nearly £20 extra above the RRP as they had it in stock and no one else did. Have tried to contact them via email, but absolutely no response. I'm fuming.

Goods ordered at the beginning of October, and money taken promptly. Item was in stock, 3-6 days' delivery. After 2 weeks I e-mailed to say the goods had not arrived. They said they would look into it. Since then nothing more heard, despite several e-mails from me. For a couple of weeks my online account said the order was 'pending', but since then it shows 'nothing ordered in the past 12 months'. Avoid at all costs. At best they are incompetent, at worst it is a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE... ordered wii controller and nunchuk 09/07/08 got controller but have not got nunchuk and have had no replies to e-mails(sent a couple) or refund of money(money supposedly refunded after 30 days if not delivered) now 12/08/08 and NO refund
