Bought a treadmill from them via E Bay. It never worked and they refused to exchange it unless I paid the £150 return carriage cost of the machine that didn't work. Absolute disgrace of a company the receptionsist is an uneducated ignorant individual who had little understanding of the company she worked for. The Director is a coward who would not speak to me. This case isn't closed as I intend to take the treadmil back personally and dont want to imagine whose nect I will wrap it around. I will let you all know. None the less stay away from this company they change names regularly and apparently scamming al the time sending out equipment that does not work. If anyone wants further details please contact me via E Mail LPAUL23@HOTMAIL.COM all lower case letters

Just bought an exercise bike from them via Amazon so definitely still trading and offering great service and a great product
