     ordered a gelert solo tent from outdoorworld, arrived after two days, used it once and poles broke, telephoned the sales line and they sent me through a replacement section for the splintered one within three days. was relatively pleased despite the pole breakage

     we wanted a small family tent but were lost in the large amount of choice. telephoned the order hotline number and got some good advice and settled on the tigris 400. the tent arrived next day though it is a local company, really quick service. easy to use aswell, i can sometimes struggle with websites but i found this one very friendly to use.

     ordered a tent from outdoor world delivery was super fast, but 1st time tent was erected the porch elastic broke, after my third phone call, speaking to yet another person over a period of a week was yet again promised new elastic would be sent but still waiting. make sure you read their returns terms and conditions.
