    bought: Harry Potter Robe, Wizard Wanda, Pink Panther
     Strangely low rating for Jokers, decent web site that I use a few times a year, only complaint is around Halloween can take a couple of days longer due to order volume I assume. Decent selection of products, returned one costume as part of previous order and was credited back the money in a few days.

    I'll always try these guys first before going anywhere else.

    bought: Child's Darth Vader Costume and light saber

     Absolute rubbish.
    Do not buy the kids Darth Vader costume or light saber they are poorly made and cheap looking but cost £22.99, the mask isn't even a whole mask it only covers the face. The actual costume after taking ages to arrive was screwed up and stuffed into it's packet, so must already have been a return.
    The light saber was supposed to pop out with a sliding switch but was too stiff and was more like worth 50p not the £14.99 charged. After sending it all back recorded like they asked they refunded the £22.99 for the costume but said the £14.99 light saber wasn't in the box!!! So I am already about £15.00 out of pocket for postage costs and now this! Not only do they sell rubbish but they pretend they haven't received your return so as to keep your money!... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    Cool Ghoul Costume
     I had used this company a couple of times and was initially pleased with the service and value.

    However, I then bought a Halloween costume which was lost by their courier and undelivered. (The courier's tracking system proved this).

    Whilst not disputing that I haven't received the goods, (the courier has admitted it) Joker's Masquerade are being awkward about reimbursing me. It is now 6 weeks since the parcel was deemed "lost".

    I'm sick of chasing it up and being fobbed off with "we are investigating it". Reading the other reviews I am not alone in experiencing very poor customer service.

    I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared to be ripped off and messed around.

     Very poor company, sent out used goods then I had to return and have still not heard anything over 2 weeks later, they have no booking in system and keep wanting me to pay for a new item then refund me the old one.
    Avoid these "jokers" at all cost

    bought: Tudor outfit
     They deliverd the item in 2 hours after I paid a ten pound fee but threw it over my back garden fence. I didnt get the item on time as had no idea this had happened as the driver left no card to tell me he had been They refused to give me a refund even though I didnt find the item on time to use it. £25 down the drain.
