     Brilliant. My chair has made my life tollerable. Its been in constant use for approx 18 months now without even a hint of a problem.

    As far as the other person complaning that her door was not big enough to get what is quite obviously going to ba a very large package is concerned, and then complaining that she had to take it out of the packaging goes. Im pleased I do not live next door to her, she must be a very sad person.

     I am disappointed as leather makes a lot of noise when you recline although mechanism seems fine. I was going to return but beware you have to put back into original packaging which includes box. You have to rip box open before you can get it into your house! Decided to keep as packing back up is impossible! I have other electric recliners which operate silently! My husband is not fit and cannot lift this chair to return it. I did phone company and they offerred to send a box to us but said it was normal for chair to be noisy as all leathers are different.
