    I bought a John Lalanne Juicer with a three warranty last year. The juicer has broken down. I have called the number on the warranty letter, there's short message that cuts of mid stream. This a disgrace.

     Your customer service is terrible. I have been unable to reach you my email or telephone and you have not answered my letter.

    The your email address is not recognised and my emails bounce back. The answer machine for your customer services tells me to stay on the line and then the line goes dead. The telephone number you have printed here is not recognised and on top of that you have not acknowledged my letter.

    I returned item no. 01AIRC000 (Air Climber) in April and I have still not received my money back.
