    bought: Kinderbox, oak.
    PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a kinderbox for my children on 27th July, was told it would be a 5-10 day delivery. It didn't arrive so I emailed them, 4 days later I received an email back saying it would be with me by 19th August. Nothing came! It is now 25th August & today I have requested a refund, though from reading other reviews I can expect that to take forever too.

    2 managers chairs
    I purchased 2 managers chairs on the 6th November. After much communication I was told that they were being delivered today Thursday 25th November. NO DELIVERY. Have requested refund.

    recently purchased a £300 tray storage unit on the condition that it would arrive by 24th september as it was required for the 25th sept. sales lady assured me this would be guaranteed and a so called promise date had been attached to my order. i then called at the beginning of the week my delivery was due to confirm that it would be arriving on the 24th and to check if on te offchance it might arrive earlier (ha!) at which point i was told the delivery was actually due to arrive on the 4th of october, which had i not called would not even have been aware of.

    Asked to speak to the manager - was promised a call back on many occasions but had to end up calling myself to finally get through. I was advised that the soonest they could get it to me was the 27th.. no good to me as 25th was the date i needed it for.. asked for a reduction in price seeing as i had paid a ridiculous delivery fee for a delivery which would be taking place whenever they felt like dropping by! was told i had to wait till the product arrived and i would receive an email by close of business on the delivery date (which i didnt). finally received an email today which consisted of one line "after reviewing your details we cannot offer you a reduction." my advice - stay far far away!! very poor customer service waste of time and money!

    Customer services ... possibly the worst I've experienced.

    Product arrived for self assembly but minus a key part in April
    Phoned on same day to request replacement part.
    Numerous calls later over the following weeks they dispatched the wrong part.
    Next call was to inform them of the arrival of the wrong part.
    Assurances given, of arrival of correct missing part, but no further response.

    Call number 10, I spoke with office and got transferred to manager.
    Promised call back but failed to call back.

    Now June 6th and today I made call number 11 to customer services.
    Spoke with 'customer services' operative who said they'd collect the faulty product this Friday then replace it on June 30th!!!
    I suggested this was no good and that I needed the product exchanging on the same day.
    I was told "it doesn't work like that"
    I asked to speak to manager. This was agreed, but guess what ... no call back.
    Call number 12 will be going in on Thursday 7th.

    Whatever happened to the customer is right?
    Whatever happened to ensuring real customer service?
    Whatever happened to training call centre staff to empathize with the customer who can either go on to be a great fan of their service or angered by the experience and write negative reviews like this?

    Lesson in all this ... un-pack the product whilst the driver is present, save yourself 12 calls, 2 months waiting and buy office furniture from a firm who actually understands customer service. NOT Furniture @ Work

    They take you money as soon as you place the order then do not deliver within the agreed times - I am still waiting for 3 out of the 5 items ordered. The do not answer the phone despite holding for 20mins, or reply to Emails
