    bought: Ice Watch order number 25794
     Bought a Ice watch as a Mothers day present watch arrived fairly quickly but was to small returned watch on 29.3.11 next day delivery , royal mail confirmed delivery on 30.3.11 but Nigel Ohara told me that they recieved it on 4.4.11 and i have still not recieved a refund plenty excuses ie the watch is with our quality control dept and the the paperwork dept and then the refund dept and now the managers is on leave surely someone else can refund me , i paid for this watch through paypal so its not hard to refund money, i have now opened a dispute with Paypal after i made a telephone call to Ohara shop and was given more delaying excuses would i recommend this shop definatly not due to very very poor customers service

     I ordered the watch late in the afternoon & received it the next day.
    The links I asked to be removed were done & enclosed in the box by I gent I spoke to (I rang also) named Jon. He couldn't have been more helpful & the box was gift wrapped as requested. Pleasant & efficient staff & service, along with the best prices in the UK!!!
    Shop at Nigelohara.com without batting an eyelid, you'll not regret it!
