  I'd had been really struggling to find a particular product for my lovely little cat, then I came across PetDealz through a search engine and they had exactly what I'd been looking for!!! :)
  
  After purchasing my item from PetDealz, I emailed them to ask a few questions and to my surprise I got an immediate response and all my questions answered,bearing in mind I emailed them in the late evening, I wasn't expecting such a quick reply! FANTASTIC!
  
  It took roughly 3 days for me to recieve my item, but I would have got it sooner, but through fault of my own was not around to sign for my delivery on the day. I then asked Royal Mail to re-deliver, which they did, but sadley was damaged in their hands :( , but still useable, I will be speaking with them though......
  
  I would def buy from PetDealz again, I feel they have a really good product range at really resonable prices, not to mention their customer service is spot on!

  Excellent service. My original order went missing due to a mess-up by the Royal Mail - but PetDealz quickly sorted it and got a new one sent out. Highly recomended.

  I used Petdealz in September 2007. I knew the product I wanted and had found the site via a search engine, so my first reason for choosing them was the price - it was the cheapest!
  
  On visiting the site I found it really easy to use with lots of great products.
  
  Another great facility on this site is the invoice - it contains everything you need, delivery & payment address, time of order, despatch method, any notes you've entered whilst ordering, etc - in one page and and ready to print.
  
  The product arrived on time, as promised and as described.
  
  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site.
