     Fantastic service! I used PetDealz only last week (August 2009). After my browser crashed I contacted them to check if the payment had gone through. I received a prompt response explaning how to rectify the situation. I was kept updated on the status of my order and it arrived exactly when it said it would!
    PetDealz were also the cheapest supplier of the product I was looking for. I would highly recommend PetDealz and look forward to shopping with them again.

     Great service! After completing my order online they promptly updated me on the expected delivery date. Sure enough my product arrived when they said it would. I also found the service extremely friendly. Not to mention they had the cheapest deal I could find on the internet for this product while most other suppliers were showing it as "out of stock". I'd prefer to shop with PetDealz again anytime.

     I ordered a muzzle for my very large and very handsome (Pava-Rotti) Rottweiler. It arrived promptly, no stress, packaged well. Unfortunately because he is SOOO huge it was too small. David at Petdealz was fantastic, he took time out, called me, and advised me, and promptly despatched a replacement that very day. Thank you David! A great service in a climate that appears to believe mediocrity is acceptable. How wonderful nto find an exception!

     I'd had been really struggling to find a particular product for my lovely little cat, then I came across PetDealz through a search engine and they had exactly what I'd been looking for!!! :)

    After purchasing my item from PetDealz, I emailed them to ask a few questions and to my surprise I got an immediate response and all my questions answered,bearing in mind I emailed them in the late evening, I wasn't expecting such a quick reply! FANTASTIC!

    It took roughly 3 days for me to recieve my item, but I would have got it sooner, but through fault of my own was not around to sign for my delivery on the day. I then asked Royal Mail to re-deliver, which they did, but sadley was damaged in their hands :( , but still useable, I will be speaking with them though......

    I would def buy from PetDealz again, I feel they have a really good product range at really resonable prices, not to mention their customer service is spot on!

     Excellent service. My original order went missing due to a mess-up by the Royal Mail - but PetDealz quickly sorted it and got a new one sent out. Highly recomended.

     I used Petdealz in September 2007. I knew the product I wanted and had found the site via a search engine, so my first reason for choosing them was the price - it was the cheapest!

    On visiting the site I found it really easy to use with lots of great products.

    Another great facility on this site is the invoice - it contains everything you need, delivery & payment address, time of order, despatch method, any notes you've entered whilst ordering, etc - in one page and and ready to print.

    The product arrived on time, as promised and as described.

    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site.
