     I ordered a book from Ustar and have received nothing. Their website states that you will receive the book within 7 days. I am currently on day 16 and still have received nothing. I have sent several emails to UstarNovels and they continue to tell me that it takes 7 days. One person suggested it could take an extra 3-4 days since I was ordering all the way from Canada (though their website states 7 days in North America, which apparently the writer was unaware Canada was part of). My credit card was charged immediately and their company has done nothing to rectify this situation. DON'T supply your credit card info to this company. They do not supply what they promise. My order number is USTAR30776.
