    Horrific, I ordered my three young boys snow boots as heading off this weekend. I work full time unable to get to the shops. I was called onthe evening of day of expected delivery by a customer who had received my complete order with all my invoice details including address and phone number, I had nothing, he was equally frustrated, I emailed customer service no response, after seven phone calls this morning speaking to different people they have agreed to resend the items, Half of them are out of stock however now and it is too late to re-order from elsewhere, my boys are going to freeze! appalling customer service had to chase repeatedly and rude on the phone, the supervisor would not speak to me. Order from them at your peril, horrific!

     I understand that MP have had some issues with one of their suppliers going into receivership over Christmas, but that still does not excuse the appalling customer service. I ordered 2 sets of ski thermals and a pair of ski gloves. After 2 weeks I got 2 thermal vests. I tried e-mailing and got no answer. I tried phoning and got through to a help desk that couldn't help. I finally got a call back from someone who apologised,and said they would send out the missing items as a priority order. 6 days later I got.... 1 pair of thermal leggings. I phoned up again, and was told that the other 2 items were out of stock and I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund, and today to pile insult on injury the Customer Services department sent me back my original e-mail, asking if I still wanted a reply to it and, if so, could I e-mail them! This company is clearly going bust - avoid like the plague.

    bought: 15 various items of childrens clothes, of which only 3 were received. Order number 224706
     DO NOT USE -WASTE OF TIME

    Waited a fortnight for order to arrive with no communication.
    Only 3 items in stock out of 15 ordered. No communication to tell me what was in stock and what was not, dispatch notification did not even tally with items received. Refund then processed (in dribs and drabs) for the wrong amount, leaving me out of pocket, now have to start the long and arduous process of trying to chase them up to get the refund sorted. They simply do not know what they are doing or communicate with customers. And they don't even send the products out that you ordered. Honestly the whole experience has been a total waste of my time, and I would recommend that you DO NOT USE this company, unless you want to spend hours on the phone trying to sort your order out, and are happy NOT to receive the items that you ordered.
