H4Heaven is an established business that provides pashminas in wool, viscose and silk. Leather bags including latest fashion designs: motorcycle, roxanne, spy, paddington and general work bags. H4Heaven stock a fine silver jewellery range including cameos, diamond style necklaces, evening jewellery and daywear fashion jewellery. H4Heaven`s aromatherapy sets make fantastic gifts, as do the oil burners, soft furnishings such as throws, cushion covers amongst many other items - many items imported from India to clients throughout the local area. H4Heaven was established in 2004.

     Unfortunately I am in the same position as most people who have ordered from this web site, although the web site looks professional the service you get from them is far from it. I ordered a pashmina for a wedding & paid extra for quick delivery I'm still waiting for it. The phone line ALWAYS goes straight to voice mail regardless of calling 1st thing or late on. They do not reply to emails. A company only too quick to take your money for a product likely never to be seen!!
    I also only read reviews for this company when I became suspicious of there lack of communication. I cannot stress enough.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

     NEVER use this site...EVER unless you would like to lose money. I ordered 2 bags (which have never arrived) and after a week contacted them to say this (I paid for quick delivery). They emailed to say 'not in stock' (would have been nice to know as I did pay for next day delivery!!) and said they would refund my money (£123) that day. Well...3 weeks later still waiting. They never respond to emails now, phone is never answered and voicemail is full and the other phone is 'not known'. This is a scam!!! Will be escalating this to my credit card company and then the police.

     NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely appaling. I order two pashminas and received them weeks after I ordered them and when I no longer required them so I returned them following the returns policy and sent them recorded delivery as I do with all returns and I still haven't received a refund nearly a year later. I chased for a while but the order line aren't part of the company so they can just assure you that they're passing a message on and I have never received any emails in response to my emails about receipt of the items and a refund - £50 down! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Order details below:

     terrible communication from this company and would never use them again.....ordered item 19178 and paid £3.49 for first class postage and item never arrived for 10 days and when it did I had to pay £1.80 at the door to the postman as it never had any postage on it. Of course by now it had arrived far too late so I requested a return number from the company (if you can call it a company!!!) the only reply I got was to say that it wasn't their fault that I had to pay the postage it must have fallen off!!!! and I couldn't return the item only exchange it....this is not what is stated on their web site for returns and if this is how they operate than I find them very dishonest and would not use or recommend anyone to use them again!!!! i HAVE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AT THE MOMENT - ANOTHER THING IS THEY NEVER ANSWER EMAILS OR PICK UP THEIR PHONE!!!!!

     I have bought many items from H4Heaven and must say, I've always found them helpful, polite & consistant. I know the girls over there quite well now & understand the previous owner of the business got seriously ill last year which created all sorts of problems. The new owners seem to have everything back in order and I feel it's only fair to allow a company to recover its reputation, especailly in such a climate as this. Their website is beautiful, their stock very good.

     placed an order 15th Jan 2010, have not heard from then about dispatch date, have tried emailing several times. Have set up a paypal dispute. If I don't hear from them within the week I will take the dispute further. Would never, ever buy from them again.

     I would certainly not recommend H4Heaven.I placed an order,which were going to be christmas presents.I emailed them twice,and had no response.I tried calling all of the telephone numbers on their site and none of them work.The money was taken from credit card,but I never received my order.I wish I had checked them out before I ordered,so do yourself a favour and don't order off this site.

    bought: 9 pashminas in assorted colours. Order 18533
     Ordered 9 pashminas for choice. Requested return number which I got. Returned 6 items at beginning of November - no refund as yet. Phones didn't work for a good while - now they ring but no answer. Got one email response on 2nd December stating they would look into why I hadn't got a refund, nothing since. Am raising a Visa dispute via my credit card provider.
    Would not risk using them again.

    i still have no refund -- just a hold on and the boss was sick stuf

    sorry if boss was sick, but suspend trading if you cannot fulfill commitments-- just taking the money is not honest
