The website was repossesed because the previous owner went AWOL. As a website, it has good visibility and presence on the web and generates a high level of revenue, which is why we have taken it over, to achieve this position from scratch would take a fair amount of time.
We have comtemplated changing the website name but this would result in loss of ranking on Google and ultimately loss of sales. Although the website is still Castile Jewellery, this buts not a single reflection upon the quality of service we provide to our customers. Anyone can call our office number and get directly through to a polite customer service agent.

Castile Jewellery is the biggest scam I've ever come across!! Bought something in 2008 from them and returned without ever seeing a refund. Telephone line was disconnected and emails kept returning undelivered for weeks. Finally seller came back to request delivery confirmation which I provided and then never bothered to reply or refund!!!! The last review about the company being under new management sounds ridiculous - who would buy an online company that didn't have any credentials, easier to set up your own one.

You can check our website for the new company credentials, Time UK Ltd are the new owners an established limited company in England and Wales. Do NOT buy from this seller!! Ordered a ring then got email saying sorry to cause you "incontinence" (yes really) but ring is out of stock, we cant get any more and will refund you. Two weeks later, no response to emails or phone call, a paypal claim ongoing and i'm still waiting for refund!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Experienced exactly the same, ordered watch that never arrived, emails bounced back, unanswered phone calls. I was one of the lucky ones that paid through paypal and so received my money back. Buyer Beware!!!

I was in exactly the same position but thanks to Paypal got a refund.
No goods, e-mails bounced back and impossible to get through by phone.
Strangely last year I ordered an item and had no problems so at some point the business was working but no longer.
How can we stop others losing their money?

bought: Tried to buy a watch but got NOTHING
I wish I had seen these reviews before I made a purchase!! Luckily, being in the internet line of business myself, I only purchased using PayPal which offers me additional protection- otherwise I would have been in the same boat as these other people!! This website takes your money, sends no product, 'John' refuses to answer any e-mails, e-mails bounce back unread and all calls are ignored or ring off with no answer! I will not stop until I am confident that as many people as possible know this guy and his site is a fraud!

This website is not legitimate, he has taken my money and I have not received the product. There is no answer to my calls, I am just put on hold and there is no response to emails. The website says that there phone lines are down so to use email...that is because he does not intend to answer!

This site is a scam, it is 1 man and he takes your money then ignores all emails, phone calls etc. No product was ever received.
