Top Class service all the way
Reading the other reviews I find it hard to say something good that has not been said already. I have never spent this much money on anything before and was obviously hesitant about using an internet company.
From the outset Mark eased my fears, For approx 2 months I felt like I was his only customer, I recieved continuous feedback on the status of the Rings. I had gone to other bespoke jewellery makers and their best offer was much more than Serendipitys price. Their roducts were smaller diamonds and lesser quality.
If you want bespoke jewellery at a good price and amazing customer service I would wholeheartedly encourage you to just give Mark a ring.
The finished product was far better than my imagination, or the CAD photos.
The aftersales service is outstanding and you clearly get the impression that this gentleman both enjoys his work and values every single customer.
I have left my contact details with Mark and am happy to answer any emails to verify his work and his company.

Absolutely first class service from Mark at Seredipity. From my first enquiry through to final delivery, Mark has been incredibly helpful and made the whole process simple and easy. He has even resized the ring for me (free of charge) after I got the measurememnts slightly wrong!
Will definitely be recommending to friends and returning for 2 wedding bands nearer the time

We found the ring we were looking for in a jewellers, but we were disappointed that it was out of our budget. I started looking online and found the ring in Serendipity Diamonds at a price we could afford, and even with a bigger diamond! Mark was very helpful throughout and we got the ring in time for our special weekend away. I'm very happy with the ring and the wooden box it came in is lovely as well. Thanks very much!

We've just bought an engagement ring and two wedding rings from Mark at Serendipity Diamonds - what a fantastic buying experience this has been, to say I'm delighted would be an understatement. It's a leap of faith to buy something this big and important from the internet so I called Mark up for a chat to get a feel of whether this outfit was for real. I checked with companies house that the company was legit and I couldn't find any pitfalls. Mark gave fantastic advice and I felt like he was really on my side to get the best possible rings for the money we had to spend. And that's exactly what we have ended up with. If we'd bought these from a shop, the presentation and personal service would not have been up to this standard and I know for a fact that we would have paid over the odds while bouying up some fancy shopfront in a shopping mall. I'm not even married yet and am already planning the eternity ring! I want Mark to make something else for me already....just have to figure out an excuse to get another piece of jewellery....I am going to be 40 in a few months.....right, what can I have!

I have just had the most brilliant experience ordering from Serendipity Diamonds. I needed to buy one of their beautiful engagement rings, but time was of the essence and asked if they could help.
The service was fantastic. They agreed to help and were quick to answer back every time, in a very professional yet friendly manner. I now have the ring, delivered exactly when they promised - and it is gorgeous.
A 10 out of 10 is not doing them justice, they are 20/10.

I read these reviews and decided to get my engagement ring from Serendipty Diamonds.
The ring was beatuiful. The custmore service was second to none and the attention to detail was incredible.
We shall be back for the wedding rings. They are also going to break down two old diamond rings and reset them in to earrings for me!

We bought my engagement ring from Serendipity and absolutely could not fault their service. We were so impressed that we placed a further order for our wedding rings. Although it feels a little risky to make such important purchases over the internet, their service was efficient, reliable and very courteous. Serendipity offer good value for money and are to be thoroughly recommended.

Bought an engagement ring at short notice, having been let down by another jewellery website. First rate friendly customer service, delivering the ring on time via free next-day (before 1pm) courier. As for the ring, excellent quality and great value for money. I could not be happier with my purchase, and the transaction itself was an outstanding example of how customer service should be.

Really good offers. I decided on one of there special offers on the engagement rings which I really could not better anywhere for price. The ring was a suprise but I got the size a bit wrong. They made it a couple of sizes smaller and never charged me for this. Great ring, really good service. Will be back for the wedding rings!

I have recently got engaged and decided to arrange a custom made engagement ring. After emailing a few companies, Serendipity gave me the most informative details of their work and the designs they produced were very realistic. I was even more impressed by the finished ring, which features a large cushion cut diamond in the centre. From start to finish I could not fault them and they were certainly well worth a review for a job well done!
