    bought: Dapol LMS Ivatt tank engine
     My parents had bought an N gauge locomotive for christmas (I actually purchased it on their behalf in the autumn) after receiving it at christmas I gave it a run on my layout (brand new track) where it ran very badly, stopping and starting.
    I returned to the shop to be told it was not their problem and they wouldn't do anything about it.
    Another shop in the area sent it back to the manufacturer and sorted it.
    needless to say this other shop receives my custom

    bought: Lego Star Wars and Playmobil Fairies
     Excellent shop with a large range of toys and models. Great staff were happy to help me find the Lego I need for my grandchildren. I will certainly visit their website for my Christmas presents this year since they have the biggest range of Lego and other toys I have seen in years!
