Bought a treadmill from them via E Bay. It never worked and they refused to exchange it unless I paid the £150 return carriage cost of the machine that didn't work. Absolute disgrace of a company the receptionsist is an uneducated ignorant individual who had little understanding of the company she worked for. The Director is a coward who would not speak to me. This case isn't closed as I intend to take the treadmil back personally and dont want to imagine whose nect I will wrap it around. I will let you all know. None the less stay away from this company they change names regularly and apparently scamming al the time sending out equipment that does not work.
