You know things are bad when you have to show the "assistant" how the DVD player works. Consistently terrible service and poor after-sales customer care form ALL the Dixons group (PC Workd especially)

bought: Maurice LaCroix watch for £3000
Great website to browse with excellent photography of the watches. I ordered the watch on Tuesday evening and had in on Wednesday evening and I got a free membership to a concierge service just for buying the watch! 10 out of 10 for customer service! Only drawback is that they don't stock more brands.
