bought: order number ST872646 red earrings
I received broken goods and was asked to return them which ive done and its now well over a week later and nothing.
All i wanted was another pair of earrings, i have emailed them twice asking with no replies and the conatct number on the website 01636650178 is just a fax machine....£10.05 ive paid and postage for delivery and postage to return them and still nothing...their address on google maps uk is just a house. not a wharehouse that they metion on thier website.Im so dissapointed..
