I would not recommend this store to anyone, I bought some taps and a boath panel from them and due to the fact that the picture of the bath panel was so small on their website and not the best quaility decided to return the bath panel to them. The panel was packaged in exactly the same packaging that it arrived in with all the protection included, about 3 days after it was returned by parcelforce I received an email from them stating that the item was damaged and that I would not be receiving a refund.
Pictures were included in the email of the item which with the protection included in the packaging could not have been damaged to the extent shown in the photo. In fact the first photo graph they sent was of the box which had yet to have been opened! Why? I was also told that as I wrote their address on the packaging the item would have not been resaleable either, the fact that my taps arrived in packaged in boxes that were not the originals seemed not to matter to them. One box was for minishrink wrap from Viking Direct and the other was for different taps. Surely this would mean that my taps were not resaleable either.
I have tried to correspond with them over this matter but am now getting no reply, how helpful.
I would suggest that you do not trade with this company.
