Site was average , reality easy to use.
Hair Quality was well above what i expected, and next day delivery was above my expectation, I bought my clip in extensions at 3pm on tuesday they arrived 1am on wednesday!
Now thats well worth the £4.90 postage .
I can't comment on the customer service, I didn't phone their customer helpline , as i was updated with e-mail when ever anything was happening with my order. If it isanything like the e-mail communication , i would rate it 10 / 10.
